These colors work well in ice cream mixes, baking, beverages, sauces, snow cones, candy formulas, frostings, coloring milk, cottage cheese, or yogurt.

Usage: Depends on how much or how intense you want this color to be but a good start would be one teaspoon per pound of finished product and of course you can use more or less to reach the best results for your application.

We have recreated a blue color that has a color range of ocean blue to sky blue. Our previous natural blue color was extracted from blueberries but lacked the true blue color associated with artificial blue #1. We reformulated this color utilizing new technology and plant extracts to create a natural blue color that truly replaces artificial blue color and looks very similar to the artificial blue color.

This new blue food color is heat stable and also works well across a wider range of PHs. This natural blue food color also bakes well and makes an excellent natural blue color for icings and sugar cookies.

This natural blue food color does not contain copper, heavy metals, or chlorophyll.
