Organic Maple Flavor Powder (1 lb)
Seelects' Organic Maple Flavor Powder can be added to dry mixes such as pancakes, waffles, protein powders, muffins, beverages and meal replacements. This Organic flavor powder is moderately heat stable. It brings out a well-rounded flavor in these applications.
Starting usages should be 1% to 5% depending on how long you're cooking and how high the temperature. However, you may use even less flavor in some applications due to the nature of the flavor and the makeup of the ingredients you are using. It is not uncommon to see usages of less than 1%. You will have to experiment with each flavor as they all vary. Save your notes!
