At Seelecttea.com, we take great pride in the creation and quality of our products. As a customer, please be rest assured that your purchased products have undergone rigorous quality control testing procedures prior to being brought to market. Our quality trained laboratory technicians’ work hard to ensure that each of our products is made to stringent specifications using the freshest materials.
Customers must contact Seelectea.com prior to returning any products and get a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of receipt of our products if return is desired. No return will be authorized after 7 days. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

There are absolutely NO exceptions to following policies.
- Processing -Seelecttea.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 5 business days, excluding weekends, and holidays. We may delay shipping orders during inventory shortages, or increased order volume. Please check on product availability prior to placing an order, if prompt delivery is required.
- Shipping - All orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS).
- COD Shipping – We do not ship COD (Cash on Delivery)
- Payment Methods – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You are welcome to pay for your merchandise by cashiers check or money order. Merchandise will not be processed or shipped until payment is received. No personal checks will be accepted.
- Receiving Damaged Merchandise - If you receive merchandise that is damaged please be aware that we do not replace merchandise for damage that occurs during transit. Please contact Seelect Tea Customer Service Dept. to report the damage immediately upon receipt of shipment. Our office is required, by the transportation company, to file each claim. Please note: The transportation company will require inspection of the packaging and contents. Therefore, all original packaging must be held for inspection. Detailed digital photographs, showing box, packaging materials and damage may also be acceptable as evidence for claim purposes. Items shipped via Priority mail are not insured, Seelecttea.com will insure USPS packages upon customer request and customer expense.
- Insured Shipping – UPS and USPS Express shipments are only insured up to $100.00, if additional shipping insurance is required, please inform us, in writing, when placing the order online (via Comments Section).
- Package Tracking - Seelecttea.com recommends that customers track their packages during shipment. If your product is delivered to the wrong address, or is lost by the carrier, tracking information will help in the recovery of the package. It is the responsibility of the carrier to locate merchandise in their care.
- All sales are final for all products, unless caused by Seelecttea.com mishandling of customer's order. For Customers that are unfamiliar with our products, we recommend ordering small quantities to test prior to making a large order.
- Taste Discrepancy – No Refunds will be issued for products requesting a return based on personal taste preferences. All complaints will be submitted to our Quality Control Dept. for testing by using the Lot# provided on each product.
- Refused Packages - Customers will be billed for all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee for all orders where delivery is refused by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions are made at our discretion.
- Shipment Returns - Customers will be charged for merchandise that is shipped back to Seelecttea.com due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer). All authorized returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee, in addition, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Missing Items - Please report any missing merchandise or other errors in your order within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, Seelecttea.com will conclude that your order was completed accurately. No claims will be accepted after that time.
