Cinnamon Roll Cold Brew Recipe
Cold brew has become a popular way to enjoy coffee, prized for its smooth flavor and low acidity. While it’s easy to pick one up at a coffee shop, making cold brew at home is surprisingly simple, and allows you enjoy a quality cup using coffee you trust. Below, we’ll share an easy way to prepare cold brew at home, along with a simple recipe to enjoy it.

How To Make Cold Brew
Cold brew is simple to prepare at home and doesn’t require any special equipment. To begin, choose your favorite coffee beans and grind them coarsely. A blender or food processor can work well for this—just use the pulse setting. If needed, you can also place the beans in a sealed bag and gently crush them with a rolling pin.
Next, place the coarse grounds into a container with an airtight lid. You’ll want about one cup of grounds. Pour roughly four cups of water over the coffee, making sure the grounds are fully covered. Secure the lid and place the container in the refrigerator, allowing it to steep for at least 12 hours.
Once the steeping time has passed, set a cheesecloth over a handheld strainer and slowly pour the coffee through. This helps catch any remaining grounds and leaves you with a smooth, clean brew. After straining, your cold brew is ready to enjoy.
If you have a French press, it can also be used for this process. Simply add the grounds and water as usual, refrigerate for 12 hours, and wait to press the plunger until the steeping time is complete.
