Seelect Tea’s products are derived from 100% natural sources and are ideal for anyone with a desire to create their own blends. In addition to great taste, many of the products we carry are steeped in tradition, reflecting the regions of the world from which they come. Seelect Tea offers a variety of teas and coffees, including black teas, green teas, rooibos, and organic flavored coffees, to name just a few.
Though most teas do not technically expire, the shelf life of Seelect Tea’s teas is approximately two years. We suggest storing opened tea in an airtight container for optimal freshness.
Absolutely. Our teas can be enjoyed hot or iced, depending on your preference. Some people enjoy hot tea, while others prefer iced tea. No matter how you prepare it, you’ll enjoy the quality ingredients and natural benefits each tea has to offer.
The tea bags that Seelect Tea uses are completely bleach-free. Some companies bleach tea bags for visual appeal, often using chemicals such as chlorine. Seelect chooses to forgo that process, ensuring our customers receive tea in its purest form.
There is no difference in taste or brewing performance when tea is steeped in hot water. The only difference is appearance: bleached tea bags are bright white, while natural, unbleached tea bags have a darker hue. Seelect chooses to use natural, bleach-free tea bags because we believe in using products that are as close to nature as possible.
Simply put, the word 'organic' means that products are created, grown, or raised in a fully humane fashion without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, hormones, or genetically modified hormones. Seelect Tea’s products are deemed organic by Organic Certifiers. At Seelect Tea, we take pride in bringing you the safest, most natural products possible.
Our products are made using natural, non-chemical methods of extraction, such as water extraction, alcohol extraction, vegetable oil extraction, and steam distillation. Our extraction methods ensure that our finished products are free of any synthetics, including phthalates, parabens, sulfates, glycols, petrochemicals, or any other chemical solvents. All flavors are derived from 100% plant, fruit, or vegetable matter. By using these methods, we obtain 100% natural products. In addition, we do not add any artificial preservatives, stabilizers, or artificial colors to our products. We also exclude the use of all allergens recognized by the FDA. Many of our products are USDA Certified Organic.

Account & Ordering
If you previously had an account on our old website, accounts and passwords were not transferred to our new site.
To access your account, enter your email address on the login page and you’ll be sent a one-time login code. This will allow you to sign in and start a new account on our current website. No old password is required.
All products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness and the highest quality.
Seelect Tea makes every effort to process and ship orders as soon as possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to inventory shortages or increased order volume. Please note that our processing time is typically lengthier because each product is made to order, meaning you get the freshest product possible.
When estimating your order's arrival date, please be sure to include the additional transit time it will take for your product to arrive once we ship it. We use UPS for most domestic shipping. International shipments, and orders being delivered to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Because all products are made fresh to order, cancellation requests may be subject to a 25% disposal fee.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. All of our products are made fresh to order, and your items are prepared specifically for you before shipping.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment options supported through Shopify checkout. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Available shipping options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use that link to track your order directly with the carrier.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to report the issue. We may request photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box to assist with carrier claim requirements.
Please retain all original packaging until the claim review process is complete. Damage claims are handled in accordance with the shipping carrier’s policies.
Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays or impact delivery timelines. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier, and we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by inclement weather.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If delivery of an order is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs plus a 25% disposal fee. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or unclaimed packages will incur all shipping costs plus a 25% disposal fee. Additional shipping charges apply if reshipment is requested.
Returns & Satisfaction
All sales are final. Due to food safety regulations and the nature of natural and organic products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with product quality due to a manufacturing error, please contact customer service. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement at our discretion.
No refunds are issued for products returned based on personal taste preferences. Quality concerns may be reviewed by our Quality Control Department based on the production lot.
