Our PMS Formula offers month-to-month support. ™ For centuries, it was believed Chasteberry suppressed a woman's desire (hence the name). Instead, research today shows that Chasteberry does have an affect on women - it helps support hormonal balance, aiding the natural rhythms of the menstrual cycle. Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of boiling water over one tea bag. Cover, steep for 10-15 minutes. To make a pot of tea, use one bag for every cup of water. The longer the tea bag steeps, the stronger the flavor. Lemon or honey may be added.
