Studies have shown that Rooibos or the 'Red Tea' contains large amounts of antioxidants. Unique to South Africa and so named because of its reddish color when brewed. Naturally caffeine-free Rooibos, hot or iced, is the tea of choice among South Africans. Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea bag, steep 4-6 minutes. The longer Seelect Tea’s Unflavored Rooibos Tea steeps, the stronger the flavor. People commonly drink Rooibos tea with milk and honey, and sometimes lemon.
