The oldest herb known to man, Elder Flowers has been cultivated for the last 4,000 years. Also known as the ‘European Elder,’ Seelect Tea’s Elder Flowers Tea is rich in Vitamins A, B, and C and is said to aid with colds and flus as well as asthma and allergies. The white, fragrant flowers from the elder tree are harvested just before elder berries grow. Soothing and healing, Seelect Tea’s Elder Flowers Tea can act as an expectorant, a diuretic, and a detoxification aid. Steeping Directions:
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea, steep 4-6 minutes. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor. Lemon or honey may be added.
