History & Health
Ginger is a perennial plant indigenous to tropical Asia. It has a recorded history of use in China dating from the 4th century BC. Used primarily as a spice, it can be added to fruits, vegetables, salads, meats, poultry, and beverages. Ginger tea, however, can be used for so much more.

Steeping Directions
Pour one cup of fresh boiling water over tea, steep 4-6 minutes. The longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavor. Lemon or honey may be added.
